ICINO Index

The International Chief Innovation Officer Index (ICINO Index) is an indicator that analyzes, evaluates, and ranks the capital value of global chief innovation officers.

It comprehensively reflects the situation of chief innovation officers in the international innovation economy. By calculating the rate of change of the 0-1 elements of chief innovation officers in the global innovation ecosystem, it measures the quality of chief innovation officers, indirectly reflecting their international competitiveness and investment value.

In the innovation economy, the ICINO Index provides an innovation tool for accumulating ICINO capital to achieve maximum value returns and offers an innovation policy tool to drive innovation economy development. As an innovation economic variable, the ICINO Index reveals the innovation economic trends of individuals, organizations, companies, cities, and countries, guiding the direction of international innovation investment and the allocation of international innovation resources by regulating the overall level of the ICINO Index.
